Our History

MyMyia.com is a 24/7 broadband equipment auction community started in May 2007 to buy and sell new, used, overstock and surplus equipment at deeply discounted prices. We have been in the cable television business since 1982 and have over 75 years combined experience in the industry. MyMyia.com employs their own technical personnel for onsite testing and repairing of broadband cable television equipment.

A Public Community

This site was constructed with the idea that it would become a community for everyone to conduct their business of buying and selling broadband cable television equipment on. Although much of the equipment listed is being sold by MyMyia.com, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this community to list your excess equipment for sale. We would appreciate your feedback good or bad. Your feedback will aid us in making changes to this website to provide an improved auction environment for the user to buy and sell on.

How it Works

MyMyia.com has no "hidden reserves", only a low visible starting price set by the seller. We feel this is a more upfront way to show the price a seller will really accept for their listing. It also reassures the seller that their equipment will not be sold for a loss due to a low opening bid as found with "no reserve" auctions. Auctions are visible to anyone who visits the site but registration is required to place a bid. Registered users may also list their own equipment for auction or call for free assistance. Registration is free and there are no membership fees ever.

Auctions run for 3-5 days. Auction listings feature large pictures of the actual equipment in the lot along with a detailed description. Equipment manuals will also be available for download on certain lots. A buy it now price is available for those who would like to purchase immediately. Some lots are sold with warranties while others are sold as field pull/working to keep the cost down. All listings are guaranteed to be as described. Equipment is available for inspection during our normal business hours if needed.
